Ihave started teaching qigong in Reading at the Life Story Therapy Centre in Eldon Square. Classes suitable for beginners.
Learn the basics of correct and efficient breathing, posture, slow flowing movements and meditative exercises under a highly experienced teacher.

Hello there,

I am very interested to know if there are any classes in qu qong in the GTA. I live in Burlington and have found an incredible teacher here, (Dr. .Jang in the Reawan Health Centre) but would like to continue with classes. Does anyone know of any in the region?
